Emelie is our founder! She is a therapist and clinical supervisor by training, who returned to school for an MBA to better support Sprout. Emelie spends most of her time leading our business and supervising our leadership team, as well as overseeing our Finance department. You’ll find her dealing with all the big picture issues that we face, being an idea faucet, as well as building community relationships and engaging in advocacy for the counseling profession.
Emelie also offers coaching services for like-minded professionals hoping to grow their businesses.

Tara Rose, MSW, LCSW

Intake Coordinator
Tara is your first point of contact when beginning services with Sprout. Tara conducts most of our screening appointments and answers our intakes email and our main phone line.
Tara has worked as a social worker with youth and adults in a variety of capacities since 2013. I have largely worked as a therapist in private practice and community mental health settings with a focus on LGBTQ youth and adults who have experienced marginalization, homelessness, and substance use.
Outside of being a social worker, Tara can be found exploring all over the PNW, tending to their chickens and yard, or simply cuddling with their three cats.

Billing Specialist
Val is our human of all trades - she works on billing and claims, insurance navigation, project management, and a wide variety of other administrative duties at Sprout that help our practice to function smoothy.

Facilities Supervisor
Scott is responsible for facilities management at all our locations - he’s the one keeping the plants happy and making sure the office is fully stocked with anything our staff or clients might need. Scott also supports our staff and clients with any technical or IT issues that may arise.
